We are always pleased and proud to offer a chance for you to experience the charm and warmth of the Old West and to have a REAL “TEXAS EXPERIENCE” at YOUR LOCATION.

For western events our cowboys will be cooking in Old West Dutch Ovens while your guests watch. We even make our coals on the spot using Mesquite Wood. Our western menu includes Barbeque Brisket and Grilled Chicken Breasts so tender it will melt in your mouth. We are a full licensed caterer.

Our Cowboys will be cooking items such as Green Beans with Bell Peppers and Onions, Glazed Carrots, Sage Potatoes cooked in Whipping Cream and Butter, no Cole slaw or potato salad. Don't forget the best of all, Peach Cobbler fresh off the fire served with Fresh Cream.

All of our pricing also includes blue enamel plates, stainless flatware and bussing service during dinner. We want you to sit back, relax and enjoy your dessert without having to pickup your own plates.

Our professional event planners are also available to help you plan a TRUE “TASTE OF TEXAS” for your pardners from the Old West food, transportation, Western entertainment of Bands, Gun-fighters, Saloon Girls, Armadillo Racing, Quick Draw Competitions, Mechanical Bull Riding & Calf Roping, Wild Cow Milking, and much more…Our Western Decorations and props are extensive and we can fill any room, out door area, or hotel ball room.

Some of our off site venues have been at; The Wyndom Anatole, Ground Breaking of the Opryland Hotel, Four Seasons Resort & Club, Dude Ranches, other facilities, open fields, and many many more…you name the place and we’ll be there!

Also starring other themes such as Tropical, Mardi Gras, Sports, Patriotic, etc. We are equipped to create any theme with any menu and match it with entertainment and activities to meet your needs and budget. We do all of the work so that you can have all of the fun!
